Teddi Mellencamp is keeping things friendly with her ex.
Amid her ongoing cancer battle, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum gave a shoutout to estranged husband Edwin Arroyave, who accompanied their 12-year-old daughter Slate and a friend to their science fair while she received treatment.
“So proud of @Slate_Mellencamp_EQ and Lila,” Teddi wrote in a video on Instagram Stories March 18. “I was getting radiation so I am grateful to @edwinarroyaveofficial for being there to support the girls.”
After pointing out that the girls won the fair with their project examining the link between coffee and tooth discoloration, the 43-year-old added, “I am also happy I don’t drink coffee.”
The former couple—who wed in 2011 and also share kids Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5—announced their breakup in November shortly after celebrating their 13th wedding anniversary.
“After a great deal of care and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce,” Teddi wrote on Instagram at the time. “My priority is my children and ensuring that every care is taken with their privacy and wellbeing throughout this new chapter.”
