GENEVA (AP) — U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres hosted informal talks in Geneva on Tuesday between Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot leaders, hoping to breathe new life into the Cyprus peace process that has been on hiatus for nearly eight years.
