The ninth edition of LaunchPad 2025, the annual entrepreneurship summit of BITS Pilani, Hyderabad campus, commenced on Friday. The theme this year is ‘Dare to Disrupt.’ Former Union minister Suresh Prabhu and Principal Secretary (Industries & Commerce) Jayesh Ranjan inaugurated the three-day summit.
Associate professor in the Department of Economics and Finance Shreya Biswas said: “The summit embodies the spirit of innovation and disruption that we aim to cultivate at BITS Pilani. By bringing together aspiring entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and investors, this summit serves as a catalyst for groundbreaking ideas and transformative ventures.”
The summit which began on March 21 and will conclude on March 23 features a startup expo, an internship drive, panel discussions with industry leaders, networking sessions with investors and mentors and business plan competitions.
