Laura Prepon’s Ex Accuses Her of “Inappropriate” Conduct Amid Divorce

Laura Prepon is facing new allegations from her ex. 

Six months after their breakup was confirmed, the That 70’s Show alum’s estranged husband Ben Foster has accused her of “inappropriate marital conduct,” according to an amended divorce petition obtained by In Touch March 21. 

Foster—who initially filed for divorce from Prepon in September following six years of marriage—alleged in his new filing, per the outlet, that the Orange Is the New Black actress was “guilty of such cruel and inhumane treatment” that made living together “unsafe and improper.”

Additionally, the Hell or High Water actor—who previously cited “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for their split, according to his original petition obtained by People at the time—asked the court to enforce the pair’s prenup and determine a custody agreement for the couple, who share 7-year-old daughter Ella and a 4-year-old son whose name has not been revealed.
