A new foursome is about to make waves on TLC.
The network revealed a first look at its newest reality series PolyFamily, which follows the non-traditional relationships between two married couples, Alysia and Tyler plus Sean and Taya, who have chosen to live together as a closed quad.
As Sean explains in the March 17 trailer, “A closed quad is four people, like us. We’re only dating within ourselves and married within ourselves. We don’t have any outside partners.”
Plus, Sean’s girlfriend Alysia notes, “We never set out to live our lives like this, but we realized we could love more than one person and make our own rules as to what we want our family to look like.”
And, yes, the foursome lives together and share a growing family.
“Tyler and I had two children before we met Sean and Taya,” Alysia explains in the preview. “Since we’ve been together, we had two more children and we have one more on the way. We feel very fortunate to give the kids double the love.”
